We recommend beginning your wedding dress journey around 9–12 months before your wedding day.Many of our designer gowns are made to order and can take between six and nine months to arrive, depending on the designer and style you choose. You'll also want to allow time for alterations to ensure your dress fits beautifully and feels effortlessly you.If your wedding is sooner, don't worry. Many of our designers offer rush-order options, and we can guide you towards styles that work within a shorter time-frame.

Our boutiques are by appointment only, allowing us to create a calm, personal experience focused entirely on you.Each bridal appointment lasts approximately 60mins for a Classic appointment or 90 minutes for an Exclusive and includes use of your fitting area, along with the guidance of one of our experienced bridal stylists. We want you to feel relaxed, supported and free to enjoy every moment of finding your dress.Appointments can be booked online, or if you're hoping to visit within the next 48 hours, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help. (Please note our Cornwall store can accommodate walk in appointment if there's availability.)

We recommend bringing a maximum of three guests whose opinions you trust and whose presence helps you feel comfortable and supported.Choosing your wedding dress can be an emotional experience, and a smaller group often creates a calmer atmosphere, allowing you to focus on how each gown makes you feel rather than navigating too many different opinions.

We suggest wearing seamless, nude-toned underwear and avoiding heavy makeup or fake tan where possible to help protect our gowns.Most importantly, come as you are. Whether you're dressed up for the occasion or arriving straight from work, our focus is on helping you feel comfortable and confident throughout your appointment.

We kindly ask that photographs are not taken during your appointment.A sample gown is rarely the perfect size, and photos often fail to capture how a dress truly looks and feels in person. We find that brides enjoy the experience more when they can stay present in the moment and focus on how each gown makes them feel.

Absolutely.While we recommend starting your search around 9–12 months before your wedding, many brides visit us with much shorter timelines.
